Working with a personal trainer is the fastest, easiest, safest, and most successful way to improve fitness.   I’ll work around you and I will come to you saving you time and travelling! When every second counts, it becomes increasingly important that the workouts you do are effective

HOW:

Following an initial consultation which involves completion of PARQ form, we will discuss your goals and your past exercise experience, if you have any dislikes or exercise preferences and a base line fitness assessment i.e. body fat, blood pressure and measurements. Your programme will consist of cardio-vascular, resistance/strength, free weights, core stability, flexibility and teaching you safe and effective technique! Your programme is constantly under re-evaluation as your progress is measured. I always welcome input on how you feel your training is going.

WHO:

If your aims are to lose weight, tone up, improve your muscle tone, have more energy, drop a dress\trouser size, train for a specific reason, build your confidence levels, or just simply your lifestyle, then personal training with myself is for you. Whatever your age and level of fitness I can provide you with the correct knowledge and tools to achieve your goals. WHEN:

Training sessions are available from 8am to 7 pm Monday to Saturday subject to availability. Most of my clients book 1-3 sessions a week, this ensures positive results for your time and personal investment.

WHERE:

I’ll come to you at your home saving you time on travelling, inconvenience and you'll benefit from being at home.

I have been a professionally certified PT & fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist for over 20+ years.

My aim is to help you reach your goals whilst we have some fun doing it.

My style of fitness training is not aimed at scaring you into doing exercises that you’re not comfortable with.

Rest assured you will be looked after with an individually tailored exercise program.

My experiences in fitness training include a focus on Core Training. The unique program I’ve developed will help burn calories, boost the metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.

Now available: Train via Skype, Zoom, or Facetime in your own home or workplace

I have over 20 international clients who train online via webcam.
This is proving to be very popular as you can train virtually anywhere you like, in a park, even on the beach.
